1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using theagriproduce.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

2. Products & Orders

• All product descriptions, images and pricing are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (including orders placed in error, with incorrect pricing, or where fraud is suspected).
• Stock is subject to availability; we will contact you via email if your item is on backorder.

3. Payments

We accept Mobile Money (MTN Eswatini MoMo, Eswatini Mobile Money), bank cards (Visa/Mastercard) and direct bank transfers. All payments are processed securely via integrated payment gateways. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

4. Delivery & Title

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the courier or handover to you. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or logistics delays.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Consumable food goods may be returned only if defective or wrongly supplied, within 48 hours of delivery. Custom-cut bulk orders are non-cancellable after processing begins. See our separate Returns / Refunds policy.

6. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete information and maintain your account credentials.
• You are responsible for activity conducted under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or endanger platform integrity.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, photography and written content on theagriproduce.com is the property of The Agri Produce and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Agri Produce shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Eswatini.
